Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, order processing and shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. We kindly ask you to allow extra transit time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide the following shipping option:

Standard Insured Shipping: 7–15 business days

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders will also be calculated and shown at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our company is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All applicable fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking information, delivery date, and carrier details, to assist you in contacting the shipping provider.
